Dharmendra Rathore was born in Salari, Rajasthan. He completed his Diploma in Painting from the Rajasthan School of Art, Jaipur in 1990 with a First Class. In 1993, he obtained his MFA from the Delhi College of Art, New Delhi. From then on it has been a journey for Rathore in the art world.
